Details:
Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each
Month. Meetings begin at 7:30PM.
At every meeting
The club provides an instructional program. We have speakers with
slide and video programs who interact with the membership and
are always willing to share their knowledge. Among our past speakers
are nationally known personalities such as Lefty Kreh, Nick Curcione,
Bob Clouser, Bob Popovics, Ed Mitchell, Lou Tabory, Ed Jaworowski,
Ray Bondorew, the Sherman Family, Kenney Abrames, Jack Gartside,
Page Rogers, and Paul Dixon.
The club is also fortunate to have a cadre of well-known local
guides and fishermen who share their secrets with us. They are
Mike Corblies, Gene Quigley, Jim Freda, Dave Chouinard, Shel Caris,
Dick Dennis, Lance Erwin, and Bill Hoblitzel. These folks unselfishly
show us slides and videos and tell us where they fish. We also
have speakers from the Department of Fish and Game as well as
researchers from various agencies and laboratories discussing
both general and specific details of our fisheries and the status
of individual species.
